Residential construction-document package for a 3,368 SF home in Williston, Florida. The portfolio presentation focuses not only on the drawings themselves, but on the structure of the set — hierarchy, spacing, sheet composition, and the separation between construction information and architectural presentation.

The full sheets are shown as low-resolution presentation overviews so the organization of the set can be appreciated without turning the portfolio into a downloadable construction package.
Portfolio previews intentionally emphasize sheet composition rather than readable construction information.
Planning Approach
Built two ways of reading the same home.
The documentation separates a working floor plan from an architectural floor plan. One communicates how the house is laid out and constructed; the other makes the spaces easier to understand as lived-in rooms.

Architectural Floor Plan
A cleaner architectural reading of the same plan, emphasizing rooms, furniture relationships, circulation, and how the house is intended to be lived in.
Presentation
Technical information can still feel composed.
Selected elevation sheets show the same approach: generous whitespace, consistent hierarchy, restrained annotation, and enough room for the drawings to read clearly instead of crowding every available inch of the sheet.
